Club Officers Elected for 2023-24
 
At the annual meeting of the Lander Rotary Club on December 7 the following members were chosen to be the leadership of the Club for the next year.
 
Mandy Fabel, executive director of Leadership Wyoming and a Rotarian since 2014, has been
elected to serve as President of the Lander Rotary Club in the 2023-24 Rotary year beginning
next July First.   Mandy will replace this year’s President Sarah Hamlin an employee of Maven Optics
 
Shelby Rohrbacher, an agent at State Farm Insurance, was elected as President elect. 
She will take over as Club President in 2024-25 Rotary year beginning July First of 2024.
 
Ken Schreuder, a retired engineer, was re-elected to another term as Secretary of the club
 
Mandy has served in numerous capacities in the club – membership chair, membership
development and retention chair, and treasurer – and brings a wealth of Rotary experience to
the position. She was honored as District 5440 Rotarian of the Year in June 2022. She is an
outdoors-woman, with passions for rock climbing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and hunting.
 
Shelby has been a member of the Lander club for just three years, but she has a much longer
history in Rotary – she attended the District 5440 Rotary Youth Leadership Award academy as a
high school student and was a member of Interact (Rotary’s high school program) and Rotaract
(Rotary’s program for 18–24-year-olds). She chaired the club’s Buffalo BBQ event in 2022 and is
presently the Membership Chair.
 
Ken Schreuder joined the club in 2003 and has served as Club Secretary for the previous two years.
