After a great month in February focused on Peace, I want to take a moment to commend and encourage these two Zones on your Annual Programs Fund giving. The giving levels, through January 2022 and seven months of this 2021-22 Rotary year, are on a record-setting pace. Reviewing past history closely (the past three full Rotary years), on average, your giving through seven months is typically about 60% of where you end up for the full Rotary year. If that same trend is indeed the case again this year, then the Zone 26 current per capita through seven months of $151.17 would yield a possible annual per capita this year of $253.55! And the Zone 27 current per capital through seven months of $146.87 would yield a possible annual per capita this year of $246.70! When you combine the two zones, the current combined per capital through seven months of $149.08 would yield a possible annual per capita this year of $250.22. Wow, that is indeed Serving to Change Lives! You would become a part of a very select group of Zones in the Rotary world. I commend and encourage this giving – we certainly are on pace to exceed $200 per capita as a challenge this year. Let’s keep it going!
